Small Voids – 2012
Small Voids was an installation designed to create an intimate and immediate interaction between one hundred different Seattle artists and the public. 100 plexiglas galleries, each containing their own battery powered lighting, were attached using magnets to street signs and telephone poles transforming a city block in to an outdoor gallery. In an effort to create connections between communities after its initial opening in Seattle, Small Voids went on to hold one-night shows in Portland, OR and Oakland, CA.
